What we do
Health and sport organisations rarely lack ideas or knowledge. What they lack is someone who speaks both languages: the field and the software. That is our job.
We start on the ground, with the experts, the athletes, the patients, the employees. We map what is really needed, what already exists, and what the data can prove.
Needs become clear specifications, service design and a realistic roadmap. We pick the right partners from our network and stay accountable for the whole.
We run the build, launch with the users, and keep an independent, responsible approach to personal data. Then we measure what changed.
Selected work
The digital platform behind the FISU Healthy Campus programme. Universities assess themselves against health and well-being criteria, plan improvements, track progress and earn certification. We designed the process with FISU and delivered the platform that runs it.
A digital programme for the young athletes of the Lausanne 2020 Youth Olympic Games: healthy-athlete and injury-prevention content, built with sport-medicine experts and delivered in the Games environment, from concept to on-site operations.
The mobile application around the international footballer, delivered with Pulse SA. Our role: the bridge between the athlete's entourage, the brand and the development team, from requirements and service design to launch.
Our product
A Bluetooth balance platform, a tablet and a panda. Employees step on for two minutes, play, and get a score. Companies get a health campaign that people actually enjoy.
A 0–100 balance score, computed from the platform's sway data. Each person keeps a personal code and follows their index over time, wherever they play.
One quick question after each session, three buttons. A live pulse of well-being at work, without surveys nobody answers.
Prevention as a game: team challenges, on-site events, champions of the day. Falls are the first cause of accidents in Switzerland; balance is trainable at any age.
Multi-client from day one. The tablet doubles as an internal display, and the app, even the panda, can be customised to the company.
